Raytown Christian Church

The Gifts, Endowments, and Memorials Task Force encourages endowments, gifts and memorials. It is responsible for the development and maintenance of the church's policy on Endowments; the development of the Endowment, and the management of all funds or property within the Endowment in accordance with the Organizational Charge, Provisions and Policy Statement of the Endowment, Gifts and Memorials Task Force of Raytown Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

Seven members of the congregation shall compose the Endowments, Gifts and Memorials Task Force.

Annually, as of January l, the moderator of the congregation shall appoint two (three every third year) members of the congregation to serve a three year term subject to board approval.

The moderator of the congregation shall designate the person previously serving as vice-chairperson to the chairperson of the task force.

Members of the task force shall determine their meeting schedule as seems appropriate to properly
carry out their duties, but shall meet at least quarterly.
