The Human Resources department consists of the Moderator of the General Board, Chairperson of the Board of Elders, Chairperson of the Finance and Stewardship Development department, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees, and a minister. This department is responsible for the management of staffing, responsibility, evaluation, salary, fringe benefits, and advancement of the church's paid staff.
Meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
